Congratulations from a well wisher.I was sure you would come out with a book but this great you are coming out with four.
This is welcome news indeed. The covers alone are heady enough. And as a compulsive and addicted reader of THE DELHI WALLA, I already know how worthy, useful, well-crafted and intoxicating the contents will be. These are definitely must-haves for all Delhiphiles. I look forward to adding all four to my books on Delhi.
Mayank, I have been reading you since long. And I am sure the books will be great to read. Let me know if all the photographs in the book were taken by you as well? Just curious.
MAS, congratulations, eagerly looking forward to your books. Btw, do they contain new content or are they collection of existing online stories?
I’ve been a hidden fan of your photos. Glad to know that I’ll be able to have it in the form of book. Congratulation!
Great news! you know, the whole experience of reading a book becomes all the more enjoyable when one knows that it has been written/compiled by a person who has actually felt or lived those very things he/she has written about. I will definitely be purchasing these books.
Great! Will the books also be available in Pakistan? Also you know any good literary agents or editors in India? I’ve an ms almost ready.
Most excellent! Congratulations, I have been a big fan of your photographs and have diligently loaded up your flickr every day. May the books sell like hot cakes!
This is wonderful news, Mayank! Are they to be available world-wide or only in India? (I’m having a running battle obtaining books by Penguin India that are not available in the US!). I’ll get you another year on Flikr…
