It embodies civic apathy.The heaps of trash, the low-hanging wires and the general slovenliness all point to a complete lack of &#039;a sense of belonging&#039;.The lofty elegance of the Jama Masjid is somewhat of a saving grace. It may have been Shahjahanabad once, but it is an unmitigated disaster now.]]></description>
